Where we ship

Lightandloft ships to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally and cannot accept orders with a delivery address outside the US.

What shipping costs

Free on every order. No minimum spend. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay at checkout. There are no handling fees, fuel surcharges, customs charges or import duties on a domestic order.

How long delivery takes

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude US public holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day; orders placed after that, or at a weekend, begin processing on the next business day.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are served, though carrier transit to those destinations can run a few days beyond the range above.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking at no extra cost. You get a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second email with the tracking number the moment the parcel leaves us. You can check it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Tracking often takes 24–48 hours to show its first carrier scan after you receive the number. That gap is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

Carriers we use

Orders ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx, chosen by destination and parcel size. Most orders do not require a signature.

Addresses we cannot deliver to

• Any address outside the United States
• Freight forwarders and package-forwarding services
• APO, FPO and DPO military addresses

If an order is placed to one of these, we contact you and refund it in full rather than ship it.

Changing an address

Check your shipping address carefully before paying. While an order is still processing we can usually change it — email us quickly and we will try. Once a parcel has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Split shipments

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes a day or two apart, each with its own tracking number. Nothing is missing — the rest is on its way.

Delays

Carrier delays and severe weather happen and are outside our control. If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we replace or refund it in full. Report damage within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an order, and return shipping is free. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
